CANE CREEK IDENTITY
Identity and Design // In 2011 Swarm began working with Cane Creek to develop the identity for their new DB Air shock. The success of that project quickly led to an ongoing relationship with Swarm providing design work for ads, packaging, a completely new trade show booth, and a complete website relaunch.
Swarm worked closely with Cane Creek's engineering and marketing staff to develop a high tech identity for the launch of one of the most advanced air shocks ever created- the DB Air. Cane Creek desired an identity that would clearly communicate just how advanced their new shock is without making it seem complicated. Swarm used this inspiration to develop the entire DB Air identity, from the logo to the graphics, and from the packaging to the tuning guide. With its launch, the DB Air has quickly become one of the most desired shocks on the market.
With the successful launch of the DB Air, Cane Creek decided to continue working with Swarm on an ongoing basis. The next major project was to completely redesign the Cane Creek website. Swarm worked closely with their web design partners, Sumo Webworks, to craft a brand new web presence for Cane Creek. The new website was focused on pushing Cane Creek's new identity, and elevating their suspension line. Part of the redesign was also to increase the site's usability for Cane Creek's network of dealers and distributors- making it even easier for them to sell Cane Creek's products. One final major upgrade to the site was to implement a new, completely custom back end by Sumo to allow Cane Creek to manage their page content in house with ease and accuracy. The new site is beautiful, functional, and maintenance friendly.
Swarm continues to work with Cane Creek, developing powerful print advertisements, brand collateral, packaging, and completely new trade show booths. Cane Creek strives to constantly evolve their product line with amazing new products. Swarm supports this effort by crafting the image that helps share these great products with the world.
